Christmas Tree Farms in USA is a directory of real Christmas tree farms: 810 farms across 34 states, most offering cut-your-own trees. The directory started in 2016 and exists to do one thing: get a family from "we want a real tree" to standing in the right field with a saw.

Where the information comes from

• Farm listings are compiled from the farms' own public information: their websites, Facebook pages and public registries. Farms change hours, prices and even close between seasons, which is why every listing says call ahead. Corrections are welcome on the contact page.
• Statistics come from the USDA Census of Agriculture, USDA Economic Research Service, the National Christmas Tree Association and NFPA fire research. Every number on the statistics page carries its source link.
• Guides are compiled from university extension services (NC State, Penn State, Michigan State, Oregon State) and industry associations, with sources listed at the end of each guide. We do not publish claims we cannot source.

What this site is not

We do not sell trees, take commissions from farms, or rank farms by who pays us. Listings are free and ordered alphabetically. If a listing is wrong, that is a bug: report it.
